The appellant, Sanford Ratner, who was sued as Sanford Ratner, doing business as Interama Distributors, has filed two notices of appeal. The first is from an order vacating a summary final judgment for the defendant Ratner and the second is from a summary final judgment for the plaintiff, Willa Mae Hensley. The appeals have been consolidated for all appellate purposes. Appellee, Hensley, secured a judgment
