This matter comes before the court by virtue of a petition for the appointment of a guardian of the person for Helen Marie Null, an alleged incompetent, under section 5512 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code, which section was derived from section 302 of the Incompetents' Estates Act of February 28, 1956, P.L.
