This is an appeal by the claimant from a decision of the Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed May 25, 1973, which adopted and affirmed the decision of a Referee sustaining an initial determination of the respondent that claimant was ineligible to receive benefits during the period of October 23 to December 10, 1972 because she was not available for employment.
