This is an appeal under RSA 599:1 (Supp. 1973) from a finding of probable cause by the Manchester District Court on a burglary charge after a hearing under RSA 596-A:7 (Supp. 1973). The complaint was entered in the Manchester District Court on August 10, 1973, and a hearing held on August 21, 1973.
