When arrested he wore a woman's wig, dress, makeup and shoes. Following arrest he was searched, and his true sex was discovered.

His accoutrement may mean that he is a transvestite, that is, a person who achieves sexual stimulation from cross dressing, wearing the clothing of the opposite sex (Freedman and Kaplan, Comprehensive Textbook of Psychiatry...
