This cause is before us on petition for writ of certiorari to review the decision of the District Court of Appeal, Second District, reported at 276 So.2d 846. Our jurisdiction is based on conflict between the decision sought to be reviewed and, inter alia, Tracey v. State1 and Redditt v. State.2
