This is an appeal by defendant Holiday Magic, Inc., and defendants Thomas Solem and James Russell, who are "general distributors" of Holiday Magic products, from a judgment of conviction of operating a multi-level distributorship in violation of Minn.St. 325.79, subd. 2(2)(a).
