The appellant was convicted of rape and sentenced to death. We vacated this sentence, and retained jurisdiction for consideration of the points raised on appeal in Anderson v. State.1 Subsequently, the Circuit Court, Seminole County, modified appellant's sentence, ordering him to be imprisoned for a term of 150 years.
