Plaintiffs were injured in a collision with a vehicle driven by Juanita Cason, who died soon afterwards; they filed their complaint on creditor's claims for personal injuries against her estate, and defendant demurred thereto on the ground it was barred by section 714, Probate Code. The demurrer was sustained without leave to amend, and an order of dismissal...
