Plaintiff, LaCrescent Constant Care, Inc., appeals from an order for judgment1 in favor of defendants in an action for declaratory and other relief arising out of an alleged breach of contract for the provision of nursing home services to public assistance beneficiaries under Subchapter XIX2 of the Social Security Act.
