The appellants-cross-appellees, Martin J. Hoffman and Norma M. Hoffman, his wife, entered into an agreement with appellee-cross-appellant, Charles E. Glock t/a Glock Construction Company, whereby Glock agreed to erect a house for the Hoffmans in consideration of the payment of the sum of forty-four thousand, nine hundred dollars ($44,900.00), plus extras, to Glock by the Hoffmans.
