This is an appeal from a judgment of Supreme Court in four consolidated proceedings under article 7 of the Real Property Tax Law to review town and village tax assessments on a shopping center.

The appellants raise two points: (1) that Special Term improperly restricted the assessment on the property to actual cost less depreciation and (2) that the petition against the village for the 1968...
