This appeal is from a decree granting specific performance of a contract for the sale of two parcels of land located in Finksburg, Maryland. Appellant, George A. Nusbaum (Nusbaum), is the owner of the two parcels, containing approximately 2.9 acres, situated in the 4th Election District of Carroll County. Appellee, James G. Saffell (Saffell), alleging that Nusbaum had refused to perform under the contract, brought suit...
