The above-captioned case came before us on an appeal by Reynolds and Company from a decision of the Tax Review Board of Philadelphia on February 21, 1974, which denied Reynolds and Company's petition to review mercantile license tax assessments and held that company liable for Philadelphia mercantile license tax in the amount of $8,759.15 for 11 months of 1970 and $6,095.10 for eight months of 1971.
