The defendant Claude Callahan was tried and convicted upon an indictment which charged him with the offenses of burglary, rape, and robbery. He has appealed from his conviction by a jury of all three charges. In the appeal he has submitted three issues; the first, which related to the removal of a detainer, has been abandoned.
