NEWTON, Justice.

In this action Adolf and Joseph Urbanovsky are contesting an instrument submitted as the last will and testament of their father John Urbanovsky, deceased. The proponent is Olga Ann Foral, a daughter of testator. For convenience the parties will be hereinafter referred to by their first names. The will in question was executed on April 1, 1970. Testator died on March 23, 1971, and the will was subsequently admitted to probate in the county court....
