This case arose out of an action to recover the remainder due the plaintiff after the sale of certain property under a security instrument. The complaint alleged that the plaintiff and the defendant had entered into a bill of sale by which the plaintiff conveyed personal property consisting of all the fixtures, equipment and inventory of a named business; that in conjunction with the bill of sale the defendant executed a bill of sale to secure debt...
