This is an appeal by plaintiff from a summary judgment entered against him and in favor of defendant Jere Erle Brown, as executrix of the will of Bert M. Lewy, deceased.

On April 6, 1971, plaintiff commenced an action to recover sums of money on various theories including common counts, a promissory note, continuing guarantees, fraudulent transfers, and conversion. One of the defendants was Bert Lewy, sued...
