This action was brought to partition a tract of land in Horry County, owned by the late W.C. Cox. Admittedly, partition could be properly effected only through sale and the lower court so ordered. The basic issues in the cause involved the right of adopted children to inherit from their natural parent and the proper disposition of a life estate in the property.
