On the evening of December 30, 1971, Gilbert Davidson drove his automobile to the Ambassador Restaurant in Atlanta, Georgia. Upon arrival at the restaurant he stopped at the entrance, locked the glove compartment, but left the key and several other keys, including the ignition key, in the car. He then gave possession of the car to an attendant so the car might be parked. The attendant, representing Charles Ramsby, who operated the parking lot for Ambassador...
