Hendrick, was arrested on October 20, 1971, and charged with breaking and entering with intent to commit larceny, MCLA 750.110; MSA 28.305, and assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder, MCLA 750.84; MSA 28.279. Defendant pled guilty to the breaking and entering charge on October 21, 1971.
