On November 14, 1972, the Borough of Freeland, trustee, filed a petition the prayer of which is that the Borough of Freeland, as trustee, be authorized to sell certain park lands in the borough free from restraints of alienation pursuant to the Acts of Assembly of June 7, 1917, P. L. 388, 20 PS §1564, et seq., now Chapter 82 of Title 22, July 1, 1972 (No. 164), and the Act of December 15, 1959, P. L. 1772, 53 PS §3381.
