The defendant appeals from the entry of an interlocutory decree which impliedly overruled his exceptions to the master's report and expressly confirmed the report, and from the entry of a final decree which ordered the defendant to execute and deliver a written lease, enjoined it from taking certain actions inconsistent with the lease...
