On January 9, 1973, Lampson Railroad Contractors, Inc., brought an action against Dulien Steel, Inc., to (1) quash a materialman's lien filed by Dulien against funds owing by the U & I Sugar Co. to Lampson; and (2) recover $403.27 claimed due from Dulien.
