This appeal presents the court with the task of determining whether the approval given by the Superintendent of Banks for the formation of appellant bank was in accordance with law, and particularly whether the creation of that bank will result in an extension by Cleveland Trust of its current branch banking activity in Lake County in violation of R. C. 1111.03. For reasons hereinafter explained, we conclude that the superintendent's order was lawful...
