On March 30, 1973, plaintiff-appellee, Charles Bird, received a jury verdict in the amount of $40,000 against Robert Goodrich, Joanna Casler, Paul J. Gabris, and Katherine Gabris. Paul J. Gabris and Katherine Gabris appeal.
