PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged with robbery armed, MCLA 750.529; MSA 28.797. He pled guilty to a charge of assault with intent to rob being armed. MCLA 750.89; MSA 28.284. He was sentenced to a term of 15 to 30 years in prison and appeals.

Appellant raised the issue that he was neither informed of nor waived his right to confront witnesses against him. An examination of the record and briefs does not support this conclusion.
