On May 27, 1971, plaintiff-appellee (hereinafter appellee or appellee-insured) was seriously injured in an automobile accident while riding as a passenger in the car of Gary Seto. Appellee's host driver (Seto), and appellee himself both carried uninsured motor vehicle coverage as the named insureds of separate automobile liability insurance policies.
