CONNOR, Justice.

The principal question on appeal is the trial court's division of property in conjunction with a decree of divorce.

Appellant William Mullaly and appellee Clare Mullaly had been married for twenty-five years. The two daughters born of the marriage had reached majority and were otherwise emancipated at the time of the divorce and subsequent property division.
