This is an appeal from a final judgment of murder in the first degree in the district court, Yellowstone County, in connection with the slaying of defendant's wife, Sandra Hawkins.

This appeal presents but one issue for this Court's review: The refusal by the trial judge to give additional instructions to the jury during its deliberation.
