This is an appeal from the decision of the Patent Office Board of Interferences in a proceeding under section 305 of the National Aeronautics and Space Act of 1958 (42 U.S.C. § 2457). The board held that the application1 filed by Hummer et al. (Hummer) should issue as a patent to the Administrator of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) on behalf of the United States. We affirm.
