On August 16, 1966, Robert F. Iversen and Margaret Iversen, husband and wife, entered into a contract with Pioneer Mortgage Bankers, a Nevada Corporation, hereinafter referred to as Pioneer, agreeing to sell to that corporation certain real property located at 711 Campbell Drive, Las Vegas, Clark County, Nevada, for the sum of $130,000.
