Wendell William Jackson, indicted, tried, and convicted for two offenses, possession of a controlled substance, cocaine, with intent to deliver, and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance, cocaine, to Sacarias Ramirez, in violation of §§ 35-347.16(b)(4) and 35-347.31(a)(i), W.S. 1957, 1973 Cum.Supp., was sentenced, two to three years, for the offense of delivery, with no sentence for the possession...
