This is an appeal from a jury verdict finding Dallas Ray Delay guilty of one count of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a) and three counts of killing a person in an attempt to avoid apprehension for the offense of bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(e).
