Defendant, Steve Montez, was indicted for five violations of unlawfully delivering a controlled substance, one for marijuana, December 6, 1972; another for heroin on the same day; one for marijuana on December 12; another for heroin the same date; and still another for cocaine on December 13. These indictments were consolidated for trial and defendant was found guilty by a jury in each instance and sentenced...
