This is a direct appeal from a conviction for unlawfully and willfully appropriating for his own use the property of a labor union of which appellant was an officer in violation of the Labor-Management Reporting and Disclosure Act of 1959, 29 U.S.C.A. § 501(c). Appellant was sentenced to two years probation and was fined $1,000. The sole issue before us is whether the evidence presented at trial is sufficient to support the verdict of guilty rendered...
