This appeal is from a decision of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (abstracted at 177 USPQ 768 (1973)) sustaining an opposition by appellee to appellant's mark:1

for bowling balls. We affirm.

Appellee's opposition is based on likelihood of confusion with TIFFANY2 for playing cards and chips, and cribbage boards....
