This is an appeal from an order entered by the district court pursuant to a jury verdict adjudging appellant, Charmar Investment Company (hereinafter "Charmar"), a bankrupt. A creditors' petition for the involuntary bankruptcy of Charmar was filed by appellees in May 1971.
