We consider an appeal from a judgment entered upon a jury verdict for defendants in a diversity action for breach of an oral contract of employment. Appellant claimed that he was employed on January 5, 1970, by appellees as regional supervisor of their food concession business under an oral contract for one year at a salary of $20,000.
