This is an action in which the plaintiff through his guardian ad litem is seeking damages for injuries suffered in a school chemistry laboratory explosion. Plaintiff alleged negligence against his high school instructor and North Clackamas School District No. 12 in that (1) inadequate supervision was provided, (2) quantities and types of chemicals were provided capable of resulting in a violent explosion...
