This appeal raises yet another question under the "package" limitation of $500 as used in § 4(5) of the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act (COGSA), 46 U.S.C. § 1304(5), as well as questions of responsibility, in the first instance and inter sese, among the shipowner, the terminal operator and the security service employed by the terminal operator.
