This action arises under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. On September 9, 1969, Clarence Harrison, Jr., filed with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) created by 42 U.S.C. § 2000e-4, a charge of discrimination in employment. The charge was against Harrison's employer, California Stevedore and Ballast Company (CS&B)...
