This is a motion to suppress evidence and to exclude confession filed by defendant Sanford Williams on March 15, 1974. Oral arguments were heard on this motion, and an evidentiary hearing conducted, on April 9, 1974. At that time the Court heard the testimony of two government witnesses and the defendant himself.
