We granted certiorari to review the decision in Beebe v. Star-Stop, Inc., Colo. App., 513 P.2d 743. The Court of Appeals held that the trial court awarded exemplary damages in connection with its finding of fraud even though the trial court did not specify that the award was for exemplary damages.
