Appellant, Lawrence Lee Breedlove, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged in the District Court, Oklahoma County, Case No. CRF-72-1881, with the offense of Murder. Ray Charles Carolina, Karrole Donnie Wayne Draper and Wayne T. Glover were charged conjointly with him.
