These consolidated cases involve the proper tariff classification of articles invoiced as saggers, rings, and fire bricks that were manufactured in West Germany, exported from West Germany and Sweden, and entered at the port of Philadelphia. The imported articles consist of hollow tubes, rings and disks of silicon carbide.
