This action was brought by two Georgia corporations against residents of South Carolina for alleged unfair competition. Plaintiff Atlanta Gas Light Company is the owner of certain real property in Savannah, Georgia, which has been used as a restaurant facility since 1950 and is also the owner of the service mark and name "Pirates' House" which has been duly registered pursuant to Georgia law.
