These consolidated cases are before the Court on discovery problems. The zeal with which plaintiff resists routine discovery necessitates a much longer opinion than discovery squabbles deserve.1 Moreover, the problem is a recurring one, and I want to add to the many cases on the subject my word of protest against the view of the executive branch of the government...
