Plaintiffs, John W. Mecom, Jr. and John W. Mecom, Sr., (hereinafter referred to as the Mecoms), filed this suit to compel defendants Potter Palmer, George N. Gillett, Jr. and John H. O'Neil, Jr., (hereinafter referred to as the Palmer Group) to submit their contractual disputes to arbitration.
