ERICKSON, Justice.

The key issue on appeal is whether a certificate of public convenience and necessity was issued erroneously to Ram Broadcasting of Colorado, Inc. (RAM). The granting of the certificate by the Public Utilities Commission was reviewed by the district court. The district court upheld the commission, and an appeal has been prosecuted to this court. We affirm.
